What are the delivery options?
We provide Express Shipping to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia via J&T Express.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
For ready stock orders, parcels will be shipped within 1–3 working days after payment has been verified.
Pre-order items will be shipped within approximately 2–3 weeks, or according to the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) stated on the product page.
Delivery is carried out on working days (Monday to Thursday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
For orders containing both ready stock and pre-order items, shipment will be arranged only after the pre-order items arrive. If you would like the ready stock items to be shipped first, please place a separate order. (Shipping fees will be charged separately.)
During peak periods or high order volumes, shipment may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time for delivery.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
West Malaysia: Approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch
East Malaysia: Approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
You may also check your tracking number under Order History by logging into your account on our website.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
Below are the rates for reference:
West Malaysia
- RM8 per order (flat rate)
- Free shipping for orders above RM180
East Malaysia
- RM17 for the first 2 items
- RM2 for each additional item
- Free shipping for orders above RM450
If a parcel is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Yes, we ship internationally.

Will I be charged import duties?
For international orders, the shipping fee paid during checkout does not include customs duties or import taxes.
Import duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are beyond our control. The courier service provider will contact you directly if any payment is required.
What happens if my parcel is returned?
The cost of re-delivery for returned parcels will be borne by the customer.
Unclaimed parcels that remain uncollected after a 60-day (2-month) grace period will be forfeited without compensation.
All parcels require a signature upon delivery. Please track your parcel using the provided tracking number once it has been shipped.
If delivery is unsuccessful, you may arrange for re-delivery with the courier company or collect the parcel from the designated post office.
Parcels left uncollected at the post office for 5–7 working days will be returned to us.
